Yea Jay-Z was one of those rappers I really tried to like, but could never really get into. I think there a few awesome tracks on Reasonable Doubt, and Blueprint 1, besides that not my cup of tea.

jay z definitely has tracks i still fuck with, but nowhere near as good as the hype would lead you to believe

it makes sense wayne aspired to be him, because hes the only one to top him in terms of being overrated lol

Yeah, I loved that place. There's also a dive bar up the street called the Lutz that would let us in when we were 18 that was cool.

I won't deny that those tracks are all kinda corny, but that's 3 out of like 5 million tracks. he's got some awesome songs too

anyways, I think Jay-Z is overrated and underrated at the same time. A lot of people act like Jay-Z is the greatest rapper ever and that leads others to go in the complete opposite directions and say he's terrible. to each his own though
