Pulled up to the game since it’s the last one in the Town. He’s had a few solid passes tho, they lookin good so far! Whole lotta running game going on too.
Carr has made some good throws, but the Raiders could've been looking at a 21-3 lead without his mistakes.
I've been a Carr apologizer for 6 years, but it's getting old now, dude should be a seasoned vet by now but he still seems like a rookie. Dude still has no pocket presence. He still skips his reads and immediately throws to his check down, even when the check down is covered. He throws balls away and tries to force balls to his check down when the pocket even starts to slightly bend cause he's so scared to take a hit.
Today so far he left a receiver wide open on 3rd down, to try and force a ball to a covered receiver. One of the sacks on him was due to him always playing like he's lost when the pocket breaks down. On another 3rd down he over threw a check down receiver who had an open field ahead of him.
Jacksonville is a 4 win team with over half their defensive starters injured. Today should be the day Carr is perfection and looks like a star.
