I'll be all about exercising and eating clean for like a month. Then it will be like a weekend of eating like shit and not working out and then I just have no motivation anymore and I'll eat like shit and not exercise for like 2 months and kill all my progress. Then I'll get motivated for a month and do the right thing and the cycle happens again lol
