I brought in a gallon of whole milk and a dozen eggs. Finished the last little bit of milk I had in the fridge. Split the whole milk into the two jugs. Then took my big shaker cup and added 6 eggs, three scoops of vanilla whey, a bunch of benefiber powder, and some milk. Shook. Dumped into a jug then shook the jug. Then poured some back into the shaker cup. Shook... back into the jug. Then repeated for the second jug. Trying to make it as homogeneous as possible by adding it to the shaker cup and shaking before filling my mug.
Shits good... it's like a thick vanilla ice cream milkshake. I keep transferring it between the freezer and the fridge. About 4,000 calories and 360g of protein. Halfway through a very long full body workout
