Nobody gives a fuck. At any given time outside there's like 10-15 people hitting oil carts. Or out in the parking lot hotboxing their car and coming back in and making the elevators and sometimes the hallways straight reek like weed.
We have a dispensary right across the street and people stay hitting it up on breaks too lol always hear people outside in the break area be like "I'm going across the street, anyone need a cart or anything?" lol
