It feels good to do that now and then... not the sleep part but the calories. I call it "going flat". When you use up your stored energy and your body's stripped of glycogen and excess water and you feel slim and energetic when you kick into survival mode
You should drink some kombucha and grill some chicken and top a delicate healthy salad with it, and listen to some good music while you call your grandparents and parents and check in with them just to let them know you were thinking about them and you love them.
