I have an extremely strong urge to buy some vodka and kahlua and rumchata and make white russians (with rumchata in place of the cream)

Mmm... I just invented this drink, 6oz titos vodka, 3oz kahlua, 3oz rumchata, over crushed ice. It's freaking amazing
Power is out in lots of parts of burien... when I got to the Fred Meyer it was running on generator lighting and they had thrown away alllllll of their refrigerated and frozen stuff. So ridiculous... aisles of meat and frozen food and refrigerated salads and dairy and everything, all gone. Thankfully its not out here at my place
I bought these "All Dressed" ruffles chips. According to the bag they're the number one flavor in Canada. is this true

When I was in line at fred meyer the two people in front of me were buying beer, then I have my three bottles of liquor / liquer, and someone walks up behind with a bottle of whisky and goes "Welllll if the powers out might as well get drunk right?" laughing...

Tasers only work like half the time under the absolute best conditions. You pretty much have to have a stationary target with no shirt on and be within 5 feet, and even then it might fail. The failure rate is extraordinarily high. With those loose pants and that jacket there was pretty much zero chance the taser would have worked. I'd bet $1,000 if they had 5 tasers and 5 chances none would connect both prongs so he'd be able to get tased.
Even if they did tase him, the chances are someone who is yelling at police and holding a deadly weapon is probably on drugs or is in a psychotic state and the taser might not even work.
Would you risk your life for a 50/50 chance to possibly spare some cry baby defective human being or take the for sure action?
