Any time I bring up working out one of my fat friends always says something about legs. I don't know why it aggravates me so much but its so fucking annoying. Like "hell yeah, focus on those squats", "better get those legs built up nice and huge for summer", "get those leg presses in gotta build those quads"

Like WTF no one fucking cares about legs, especially Wamenz. It's all about thick necks and huge traps and huge shoulders and arms and a v shape torso with abs and defined muscular chest, with just enough proportion in the legs to not look like a chicken. NO ONE cares about legs. I know hes serious about it too but hes like 5'7 and 230lbs and has small stubby legs and top heavy. So WTF is going on with this awful advice

Its mind boggling

He does keto too but then about a month into after losing 20lbs or so (probably 12 of which is carb and water weight) he'll give up HARD and eat pizza and whole loaves of garlic bread and pasta and massive bags of pretzel chips and biscuits and drink a fifth of Jim beam a day until he gains back 25 then he starts over

I don't think anybody should try and give fitness or diet advice unless they've been fit before or have dieted successfully and actually kept it off but that's just me

Build those legs... wtf. This is really grinding my gears right now lol

My legs are fine. I can walk like 60 miles in a day if I wanted to then do it again and I've proved it. I could hike a mountain for sure. He tore a calf muscle trying to run a half block to catch a bus and nearly had to have surgery maybe YOU SHOULD WORK ON YOUR LEGS

That's it, I'm going to kill him for this. I have no other choice
