It feels like I should be working out harder, like I didn't do enough. But I can't even do anything because I went to complete failure on like 6 things and am exhausted. I just did one of those big yawns and stretches and realized everything is super sore and I have no energy at all. My brain wants to do more though lol. Eating a minimum of 2600 calories a day and back to recording it in myfitnesspal. I should order some more of that syntha-6 protein it was 200 calories with fat and different proteins, perfect for waking up and drinking it then going back to sleep. I need to keep a steady stream of protein and amino acids and all that like an IV-drip or something. I'm like a well-oiled machine in prime operating conditions. I don't want to overexaggerate or anything but I'm easily within the top 100 most elite athletes on planet earth
