Oahu has been my gym for the past 20 days:

Been running 2-6 miles every other day and been in the ocean 16 of 20 days (some of the shorebreaks are tough if they get you lol) and been on four hikes (would like to do more but probably only get two more in). I do not miss AZ at all... I found a job here with Lockhead Martin and found property, but unfortunately I need to get my youngest on her adulthood path first before I can make a move. I have properties in AZ so I would have to find decent management for them first as well. Looking at probably a year before I can move anywhere.

Thought my next real estate deals would be in Florida but now not so sure.
