They legit gave the Cowboys a first down because they folded a piece of paper and said the paper touched both the ball (which wasn't over the first down line) and the first down pole.
I'm still dumbfounded how they can make this shit up on the spot.
They also took two TD's from the Raiders throughout the game on weak penalties and just gave the Cowboys the football on a fumble to end the game when Carr was out of bounds.
