I agree but I meant more supplements more like vitamins, or minerals, as in supplementing nutritional deficiencies or making sure they don't appear while cutting. Honestly it sounds to me like you could benefit from a B-vitamin complex. I pretty much have discarded the idea of most supplements and multivitamins but the B ones have a huge impact for me on mood; nevermind all their other claims of energy and all that

I haven't been taking mine I need to reintroduce them into the mix. I keep seeing my neon yellow piss when taking them and im like "yeah this probably isn't good for the kidneys". Maybe move to taking them if I'm in a bad mood maybe for like an attempt at a pick-me-up and to see if there was a deficiency there

Honestly I try and get all my micros from food and eat as healthy as possible. I'm not going to ever be 100% but I think I will go crazy if I try too.

Well then when was the last time you ate meat? They're packed with B-vitamins. Especially beef.

Might need to increase your beef consumption. Or not; but it could alleviate some of the stress as you transition to doing what you love

I eat 2 slices of meat for lunch on a sandwich.

We call 2 slices of bread, lettuce, cheese et a sandwich here, not a burger just fyi

and then dinner I have a steak or chicken or whatever meat I cook

probably better to just grab their greens blends and make my own salad kits like i was thinking about but ill probably go through all of their salads anyway to piece together ideas see what works good

Definitely need to steal this carrot dressing idea. I want to do salmon and carrots daily (that's what these celebrities do to look so good). I lean towards ginger and miso type dressings because they pack maximum flavor and are usually decent calorie wise, as long as you keep sodium low in other areas of the diet, and i don't get tired of them. I wonder if it'll work with sesame in the mix, maybe as the fat in the dressing. What do you think @ReSpawn ?
