But I refuse to eat unless it's some garlic herb roasted fingerling potatoes accompanied with a 6oz portion of pork tenderloin marinated in an all-spice based dry rub then roasted, with carrots and apples, with a side of peas sautéed in olive oil and and small amount of butter with red chile and garlic and shallot, then mashed, with a side of heirloom tomatoes sliced thin and sprinkled with pink Himalayan sea salt and freshly ground tellicherry black peppercorns
