Without saying too much the director's cut answers a few more of the questions most people had about what the hell is going on. Like showing pages from the book, etc. It's not a whole lot different, just gives the movie a little more direction (lulz) I guess. I liked how the other left it totaly like "what the fuck?" and come to your own conclusion. While this gives you a little more info, but not enough to not be like "what the fuck?" at the end if you had seen the director's cut first.

i noticed that, but like i said, doesnt make too much of a difference lol

it does explain the rules of its universe a lot more but you probably wouldnt fully understand on the first watch anyway and what it does explain is pretty much what you could have got the gist of from watching the original, except the end, you'd have to be pretty fucking observant to understand that without the context they gave

Like the end of what he is trying to say is the first post and then he follows it with the start of the story but neither of them tell you what is really going on.
