I think caffeine is beginning to have an opposite effect on me. Drink caffeine and immediately start to fight dozing off.

if i go over about 300-350mg in one dose i last about 20 mins then its time for bed but i can go 200mg and then wait 45 mins and go another 200mg and be ok

25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and a 81mg baby aspirin every four hours or more realistically just twice a day. Two weeks on two weeks off. It's the only way to go

I think bronkaid changed from ephedrine hcl to ephedrine sulfate though and now it doesn't even do shit for me. I haven't even felt like taking it for quite a while

Might need to search it out and find some again because it's better than any energy drink and the weight just melts off it's like an extra 500 calories burned a day or some shit plus you barely even feel like eating
