found some jasmine rice buried behind a bag of rice vermicilli in my pantry, like 2 1/2 cups worth so i made a bunch of rice in the rice cooker, then took like half of it and fried it in butter with two eggs, added kimchi furikake rice seasoning, some kens light sesame ginger soy salad dressing, and a bunch of sriracha
