back down to 165.4lb from like 174 the other day lol. I was eating like shit and drinking a bunch of alcohol for quite awhile there, probably 2-3 weeks, but it never got out of control and it was always bloat. Probably only like 2-3 lbs of it was actual fat, if that. Shit disappeared with 3 days of moderate calorie deficit. God it sound so douchey just typing this out and I'm fully aware of how douchey it sounds, but it feels really good to finally "have myself in check" or whatever without these crazy swings like from 240 up to 275 or shit like that. Even when i go way overboard and am doing bad, it's not nearly as bad as just completely giving up. I don't think I could possibly gain back a significant amount of weight to where itd be considered failing like some people do they lose like 60 pounds then gain back 40, fuck that, wont happen

I don't think it physically can happen at this point, everything is completely different. I can still eat quite alot like go in on a double burger and a large order of fries or something, but that shit seriously effects me like I don't even want to eat for several hours vs ordering a pizza few hours later or something. It actually sucks eating that much food all the time and feels terrible. The worst is eating more than 1.2-1.4'ish pounds of food at a time... that shit makes me feel like im going to die. Being really, really full is no longer something that I can even consider, its just ridiculous

Its so weird that its a part of America to stuff themselves especially when we have holidays like Thanksgiving where people are expected to put down like 3-4 plates of food lol BUTCHER 206 @BUTCHER 206

When I saw that Doug Martin wasn't practicing and wasn't going to play, and he was on troythemac @troythemac 's team, I swooped in on his back-up Charles Sims fast. Then I figured Isaiah Crowell was going to look like the next most attractive pickup so I'd make it more attractive by dropping Sims for Crowell, then droppin Crowell again so those transactions were down there visible on the league page. I was planting subliminal hints trying to get troy to take that matchup vs the Dolphins beastly front 7 vs looking somewhere else for a backup RB

Did it work troythemac @troythemac ?

My fantasy football team for the Freedom Town league just went full Mixerr today as well, with the exception of the Vikings defense getting me 26 points (S/O S @SRD-420 once again). The highest scoring player on offense, to no surprise, was a dreadhead -- Eddie Lacy...he got me 10 points.
