but to answer your question, yes. cal anderson park is like 1 block frmo the capitol hill lightrail if you got off at westlake youd be in the downtown retail core and could walk to the pike place market and all that shit but youd have to walk uphill like 20 minutes to cal anderson / nuttkases area
