Looks like its getting closer to happening. Jerry Jones is backing the Raiders moving there and Jerry is pretty much god among the other owners and a bunch of the big casino owners are backing it including Steve Wynn.

They have multiple land sites for a stadium also, one of the biggest rumors of a site is land owned by the old UFC owners the Fertita brothers and theres some rumors the Fertitas are gonna offer up big money and the land for a minority stake in the team.
