Given my experience with eating too much cheese, and knowing that you ate it all on Sunday, I'd say you finally shit yesterday afternoon around 4pm.

It was only a small brick of cheese prolly 6 x 3 x .5 inches and all the beer I drank plus the coffee on Monday morning that allowed me to function I actually didn't notice a difference.
