I'm dubious as to how accurate this iPhone health app is though, or the amount of calories burned myfitnesspal tells me. It seems like the distance and steps and calories burned is way too generous with all this bullshit. I'm going to continue logging them but I'll never rely on these numbers. "I burned 500 calories i can eat this 500 calorie slice of chocolate cake it cancels out" hell no it doesn't. The 500 calories from your fat resrves is what cancelled that out, or more likely probably half that, and you're just making it take longer to reach your goals by replenishing the reserves you're trying to burn. I'm not maintaining or bulking you're trying to lose
