damn you only ate a tootsie roll yesterday lol


It's cause I walked a ridiculous amount pretty much 5+ hours of walking




It was terrible I felt brain dead and could barely move or think by the morning time and got a super bad dehydration headache and if I did that every day id end up in the hospital

threw a chicken breast in the oven with creole seasoning and red pepper flakes (I actually measured how much seasoning I used this time with a scale. I used 3/4th teaspoon earlier even though i thought it was a whole teaspoon, and used 1/2 teaspoon this time). I need to just buy a huge thing of cayenne and chili powder and skip the salt, get the salt from the sauce i put on.

I also took some thawed out chicken thighs and stabbed them up with a fork like hundreds of times, then added some teriyaki marinade. hopefully the teriyaki marinade penetrates through the meat a little better this time around they were good last time but not great. eating that tomorrow lol

I dont know maybe you are right butcher maybe you have an eating disorder. I didnt think abt that until now, but maybe your obsessing abt food and how much you weigh is a little on the unhealthy side and a disorder. Ive been meaning to bring that up with you but I dont want to offend you and have you lash out at me. Let me know if you need any help.

Work out and stuff like that
What work out should I do? How long? How will they benefit me? You want to give me money for a gym membership? Because I literally have about $70 to last me for two weeks. Nah scratch that, my gas tank is almost on empty and will cost about $28 to refill. Then I have to refill it again before I get paid so -$56. I literally have about $25 for the next two weeks. It should be pretty healthy to work a full time job where I walk about 3-4 miles a night, plus go to the gym, and eat less than 1200 calories during that time right?

find out what u can do, start with low weights do basic shit like dumbbell and barbell curls. if u wanna do benching and squatting use a machine til u find out what u can do so u dont kill urself cuz u dont got a spotter. look at form on youtube and google before you do anything like deadlifts or squats.

anything over 6 reps a set and youre toning
anything under that and youre bulking

jack knows better i hear he is an aussie strong man.

That should be pretty easy to do with almost no glycogen at all and no energy except what comes from coffee and ephedrine, no protein or any food at all to build muscle or recover after I do those work outs, and an increased appetite from the work outs lol

You will always make excuses. Use milk jugs filled with water for weight exercises and run at the beach for cardio. Pick up girls while you at the beach and do drugs. You dont need a gym membership.
