Yeah he's close to three which helps his case a lot. The reason I think he has a really good shot (not first ballot, or prob even 2nd, or 3rd) is he is one of those type of players that the people who vote on induction love. A hard worker, gave every team his all, was a well above average player on a few levels, and just has that love for baseball you can see whenever he plays. I think he will make it in at somepoint honestly.

I'm not a fan of j-pop, at all, but if you knew the amount of rap songs, both "underground" and mainstream, that have sampled j-pop music in the past 2 years or so it would blow your mind. I know Perfume gets sampled a whole lot.

and bory is correct, j-pop gets sampled heavily with the new wave of producers, friendzone in particular named their beat tape after a yukiko song lol
