and you know artificial sweeteners don't magically erase electrolytes right? lol
You know that Gatorade is not really an efficient way of electrolyte intake right? Eat a banana, some celery, drink some coconut water, etc. if you're not working out for multiple hours at once the whole electrolyte intake is pretty irrelevant in the moment anyways and you're better off with water. Soft drink companies use electrolyte as a buzzword to sell more drinks, they aren't magically healthy or beneficial because of it lol

Except in the case of working out for multiple hours you lose a ton of salts from your body from sweating, your body needs those salts to function. Gatorade is more effective in that situation because the electrolytes in it replace those salts you lost. More water will cause you to sweat even more, thus flushing more salts from your body and can actually cause you to hurt yourself very badly.

Gatorade also has carbohydrates and calories which help fuel your body while it's working out.

*source, me being a former long distance runner with countless research on the subject and being an NCO in the Army and having to take classes and then teach soldiers how to effectively stay hydrated in extreme heat desert environments.

I don't care enough to argue with you, I saw a snotty comment and find you to be a faggot so I decided to fuck with you lol

But I'm sure pro athletes who's job it is to keep their bodies in peak physical condition don't know as much as troythemac from Siccness.net

Dude I think you have autism.
dont be mad that I could run faster than you on solely coconut water and v8. Natural>artificial
