Never tried it I'll look for it next QFC run. Beecher's makes some good cheese so yeah I'd bet on it being really good.

They have 3-4 different ones im pretty sure. I've only had the OG and this smoked one. I liked the smoked one more but i bet if you like mac and cheese you'd prefer the OG

Growing up id put a bunch of ketchup, pepper, and Tabasco in it til it was red and unrecognizable and didn't even taste like mac and cheese

I've tried the mac & cheese x ketchup thing a few times over the years and while I didn't exactly like it I didn't hate it either. Was decent enough to be like hmmm let me try this again a few times obviously but then halfway through I'd wish I had just let the mac & cheese be.

I want to cut a hunk off it, dice it into small cubes then microwave it in a large bowl with a jar of Hot Pace Picante salsa then stir and dip chips in it

Not back in the 80s while that shit wasn't a semi solid mess of a thing like the slabs of velveeta you buy it came out of the silver packaging looking like some smooth glossy cheese toothpaste. Can't vouch for anything after like 88 because that's probably the last time I had the stuff lol
