i've heard rumors about turning the joe mortara golf course in north vallejo into a shopping mall...
that would be cool, because i honestly don't think vallejo needs 4 golf courses (joe mortara, mare island, blue rock springs, hiddenbrooke) but i think there are more negatives into bringing a shopping mall into that area. first of all, it'll add to the shitty traffic flow of people leaving and entering vallejo on fairgrounds drive, because of six flags/marine world. second of all, it's pretty fucking close to the crest.

sadly, that's true for the most part. for example, you'd think the shopping mall where costco/marshall's/office max/cvs/chevy's, etc. is would be pretty safe, but a couple weeks back, there was someone who was pistol whipped and lashed for their guapele at that bank of america atm next to rubio's + coldstone...
