these wings are probably done but im going to try and get them all browned more in the oven maybe slightly crusty. i just read a bunch of stuff the other day about how that's terrible for your food and that's when carcinogens and stuff start forming, you should basically pull it out like right at 160 or 165 or whatever it is. but have you really done that? shit is just weird like its kinda soggy and seems raw almost lol i dont trust it. ill tkae the risk
