Gym mobb complete

Myfitnesspal is saying I'm allowed to have 420 (ayy lmao) extra calories because of the exercise, but I'm gonna keep it health mobb 4 life and stay at 1800.

Myfitnesspal says I can eat 2040 a day with zero exercise and lose weight. I'm gonna end up eating 1790 after the sandwich I'm about to consume and that's been plenty of food today. Gonna stay on this 1800 shit.
Hell yeah

Yeah i don't really trust those vague MFP calculations for exercise. Like "moderate pace" but you don't actually know your pace unless you're monitoring your heart level and timing the exact amount of time you were at a certain bpm, etc even then your metabolism might be much stronger or much weaker.

Too vague to trust especially with reckless behavior like "well MFP says i burned 1000 calories so eating this 1200 cal Wendy's meal wont matter i earned it" etc

Also i didn't trust MFP calculations for TDEE ie what it's telling you to eat for maintenance, then whatever they subtract. They use 1lb = 3500 calories so they take calculate your TDEE then say you check 1lb a week, they subtract 500 calories per day to = 3500.

I used like 5 diff BMR and TDEE calculators then averaged them out, then i basically just manually entered it lol. Also they won't allow you to set yourself below 1500 calories and if yiu complete your log with <1500 they warn you that you're being dangerous and unhealthy lol

1200 calorie diets are not suitable for teenagers. You are still growing. If you need advice on losing weight, please consult your family doctor. It's not worth putting your health at risk.

1200 calorie diets are not suitable for someone working out regularly. Your body needs the energy to be able to sustain both your workouts and your body's basic functions.
