for breakfast / lunch tonight at work im going to eat two slices of Hawaiian sweet bread + 1tbsp crunchy peanut butter aka a peanut butter sammich, as well as a bottle with two servings of whey protein in it (one for breakfast one with lunch), a tub of cottage cheese, and a small can of crushed pineapple to mix into the cottage cheese, and a container of vanilla chobani yogurt why don't you just criticize it in advance get it out of the way man lol
