Plus I'm only 400 calories over if you combine the past two days. If you combine the past 3 days i'm still at calorie deficit. The scale wont show any progress at my next weigh in but there's still progress there SINCE YOU'RE SO INTERESTED
gross man... Bar S just made me pause and i felt sick, shit is so fucking absolutely disgusting. One of my friends is so cheap he buys those and eats them, they make me physically ill. one time when i was really really broke i bought a huge thing of Bar S polish sausages after calculating calories to dollar ratio and they were so gross i threw away the rest of them even though i had no money and no food lol
