I grew up in Vegas, but I've lived all over the country. I lived in Ft. Drum, NY which makes Canada's cold seem tame.

I also lived in South Dakota on and off growing up because my grandfather retired from the Air Force there lol it's cold as fuck there also.

and Germany which gets pretty cold etc.

if I could move to Canada I would probably move to Vancouver.
