damn bruh, im dreading spending $600 on a new mattress.
well $600 is probably going to get you a mattress that will give you mediocre sleep to begin with, then in a year or two maybe less you'll be getting not that great of sleep at all, then it will just be flat out turrible. it might be worth just investing in a pricier mattress unless you got the joog on some dope mattresses or something at a discounted rate

I used to have major back issues due to my mattress then I said fuck it and slept on the hard floor and my back felt great the next morning. I ended up getting a mattress that is comfortable and all but sometimes I still prefer sleeping on the floor.
whoa, you sure you don't have any disc issues or something like compressed areas in your spine? my friend with a corked back had the same troubles and preferred sleeping on concrete in the basement lol. then he started doing some exercises to strengthen his core / lower back and started going to a chiropractor and they fixed him brettygud tbh fam now he doesn't have any issues at all

I haven't had any food in a good 30 hours lmao
I fully appreciate and support this. intermittent* fasting makes you feel great tbh, as long as you arent like 0% bodyfat and you're staying hydrated and getting electrolytes there's nothing wrong with that. should probably break your fast with some food that is packed with micronutrients though like a super salad or a smoothie
