took this massive massive yellow onion grown in the state of Washifas, it's like bigger than a softball it's just flat out absurd, thinly sliced it then got it going while i thinly sliced up 5 serrano peppers, and 5 huge cloves of garlic, added that in there, currently waiting for that shit to caramelize into a brown sticky sweet spicy glorious jam packed with intense flavor probably like 45minutes on low. then im going to add it to a kaiser bun and 167g (0.37lb) hamburger patty precook weight and that's that. it was never really about the burger the burger was just an excuse and something to put this glorious jam on
