goddamn that chicken was hyphy sprinkled some montreal chicken seasoning on it and some red pepper flakes and a little smoked paprika and a little chili powder, cooked it at 375 degrees farenheit to an internal temperature of 168.3 degrees farenheit. so easy to cook and tastes great i love cooking and eating chicken and only 483 calories for that very large 293g serving

#abc #thanku and Pierre would be proud of you using Montreal chicken seasoning on it...
