Post NWA Dre routinely beat jacked other local producers for lots of his sounds, would have them blackballed when/if they spoke up. On top of that dude always had other producers sit in with him like 90% of the time. But you know he is like a basketball coach or some shit when it comes to producing, pulls it all together. At least that's what some people say I think it's kind of a lame excuse lol Dude uses ghost writers, ghost producers.. so you know. Reason Detox never came out was the easy accessibility of copyrighting music due to the internet so it pretty much meant he couldn't rip off people that sent him beats no more. If you heard any of the songs that were supposed to be on that album they are all garbage (outside of Kush, that was a pretty good song). Anyways yeah man I love lots of NWA songs, The Chronic was a good album (and groundbreaking/culture changing regardless of all the shit I just typed). But Dre is a hack. Sorry Compton.
