Just got done getting on the football field and ran some routes. Now I'm about to smoke a couple bowls of some Blue Ice and pick up some food afterwards.
i gotta be careful with dishes like that, it looks innocent enough but depending how much oil and chicken is used it could be like 600 calories total or 1600 calories lol

thats not the plan. you can go ahead do that though see how it works out for you and for how long. ive tried that and all it did was make me super hungry all the time, even when i didn't have a calorie deficit from burning calories id still eat the same huge amounts

Just do 5-10 min of HIIT at your work's gym when it is dead. Hop on elliptical do a light jog for 45 seconds then as hard as you can for 15sec. Small amount of working out and it will burn big. Just bring cologne and a towel so you dont smell like a dog the rest of the night.
