I felt coked out and even had the same hard-to-swallow sensation the whole time, it was pretty ridiculous. did you just have a single scoop of c4? because theres only 150mg of caffeine in it. it does have other shit in it to improve muscle pump and beta alanine that will give you tingles all over but its a pretty weak pre workout overall
