Prosecutor is gonna argue Suge could have easily backed out and drove away and there was no need to back out and run people over.

What makes it worse for Suge is the first location he showed up at Dr. Dre was there and Dr. Dre has a restraining order against Suge. Suge by law wasn't even supposed to be there.

the second guy named Terry wasn't near the vehicle, was the second person hit, and was dragged under the car like 10 feet out of frame.

Terry wasn't the threat and Terry was the one who ended up dead. The guy who had the possible gun pulled off him was the one who approached the car and was the one who had the gun pulled off him, he ended up living.
