@Nuttkase holdin down the thread. All day, by himself, on the sicc, straight face, all day, in seattle, by himself, 1 bed, no pillow case, 1 pillow, didn't nobody wrote him, it was early, woke up, went back to sleep, took a nap.

Actually I generally get right around 8 hours of sleep every night.

Most research shows getting 7-9 hours of sleep a night is the most beneficial. You do eventually get used to getting less but it's mostly because you adjust to being somewhat tired all the time rather than your body actually getting the rest it needs.
