I always used to say I wanted to start a restaurant/bar that only had like 1 maybe 2 beers on tap. Two ingredients only for any cocktails and like one item on the menu. Don't like it? Go somewhere else.
Fuck yeah. My business partner in the grow shop used to have a small bar here that served mad dog 20/20 cocktails and we would have nights were we would just watch stand up specials or TV shows. It was like going to your buddies house but with a bar. It was actually doing pretty well but it caught on fire and was un-insured and a bunch of other bullshit.
