Fa'real... its all about core work out, and a lot of leg workouts like dead lift, and overhead press not only work legs, but abs and all those little intrinsic muscles that lock up your body frame.
I'm the opposite of what most people are shooting for when lifting. I'm trying to get stronger/ cut, while getting lean. I'm trying to drop to like 185 by late January for a tournament. I'm like 197, after weighing this morning - I need to be on strict calorie deficit, which is fucking hard in the holiday season.
