My mom didn't get tacos, she got chicken gorditas, but she really wants to go back to the taco bus again which is a first because she's pretty indifferent to Mexican food in general but really liked the food there a lot. Said she'd try something different next time around including a chicken taco.

So I plan on taco-ing myself soon. I think I'm gonna get two tacos and a try a couple other things there next time as well myself.

I dunno I ate chicken tacos like a week or two ago for the first time in several years and while they were really good I'd much rather order carne asada, al pastor, or carnitas

Carnitas is probably my favorite. I like to change it up though and usually get 2-3 different kinds when I get tacos. Usually get a 6er, sometimes 8 .

Speaking of chicken though I got my 3 piece chicken strip deli meal with sides of jojos and pesto pasta pea salad + buttermilk biscuit for my hangover meal tomorrow. Hits the spot for only $6 when you don't wanna get off the couch the next day.

Chickens become my go to meat cause now its the cheapest. I used to be all about beef, then swine flu decimated the market so I was all about pork, getting pork loins and shit for really cheap. Now pork and beef are more expensive than ever but you can still feast on chicken legs and thighs for cheap

I saw some bone-in chuck at safeway for $5.99 a lb that was enough to swear off beef for quite awhile lol. RIP the days of "2 buck chuck" they'll never return. Meat will be a luxury within twenty years that's a small part of why im trying to eat as much as possible
