nah tried that shit before i didn't like it. i like 2% but i rarely drink milk
I don't know man, I cant really tell the difference. Especially when it's in something, like cereal.
And if you didn't like almond milk, you should try vanilla almond milk. That shit is delicious.
I just bring that up because "we" drink so much unnecessary crap that makes us fat when there are reasonable replacements. Cutting out soda and milk is an automatic weight loss. Milk and soda a pure sugar, fat, and whatever chemicals the proverbial they want to mass dose America with.
We're taught to drink milk from when we're babies on, but no other animal drinks milk into adulthood, and contrary to what everyone has been told, it actually weakens your bones over the long run.
