lol damn I just looked at that fattest i've ever been post in the Open Forum and my post from March 2011 got me laughing right now

The biggest i've ever been is recently, got up to 235 so I started the dieting and exercise right away and started to burn that shit off with quickness. Right now I'm 6'5" 225, just got a little beer gut, i'm normally in between 200-210. My goal is to be around 195 and cut the fuck up.
