Not sure, I barely do weight training. I do submission grappleing. I can push the weight of a 185-230 aggressing opponent thats trying to choke, or break my arm off me.

my max military press was 60kg (@135lbs) for 3 reps

i stopped doing them though because i think they slightly corked my back. i just do seated dumbbell press now

havent been to the gym in a while and went to tijuana on saturday to get checked up the tests they did there cost $330 would have cost prolly 10k here plus they give you the results the same day instead of weeks and confirmed what i sort of knew i have a hernia and have to get surgery
