Yeah I've been on a ridiculous fat bastard streak the last month and a half. Probably have eaten at least 100 chicken wings. Four large pizzas. Lol yeah... prolly gained 5lbs. Going to eat cleaner for awhile. No more soda, no booze or brews. Well maybe a beer or three a week but that's it
I actually lost 10 lbs. alone this year, by cutting down on red meat and soda. I need to cut down on rice, still...and I need to play sports more often...I haven't been playing sports as often as I did last year.

I think ill cut down on meat too. I've eaten meat at least once a day for my entire life but recently I've been able to skip it some meals. The quality of grocery store meat is so bad nowadays, especially beef. It has no fuckin flavor. It actually grosses me out sometimes now looking at it and cooking it.
