Just made my famous cajun skrimp. Smokin hot skillet, half a stick of butter and couple tablesppons of cajun seasoning, onions until transparent, skrimp for a minute or so so and a pinch of flour, canned tomatoes for a minute, can of beer, reduce until the shrimp are cooked through, add some green onions for garnish and a touch more butter and eat with a crusty loaf of sourdough. Perfect. Although now that I'm done cooking I kinda feel like pizza.
