I thought about it awhile back but its so impractical. It would cost me like $20 a day and I'd have to be eating nonstop
I was able to do it for a week... was really hard to be honest.

I basically ate nothing but Almonds, Carrots, Spinach, Kale, Apples, Banana and Oranges. I was also going to the gym.

I plan to do a bootcamp type month starting in a few weeks. I'm going to do Jiujitsu / MMA double days, while being super strict on intake. I will have proteins, but just simple oven chicken and steam, veggies, only carbs will be brown rice, if any. I think I can get down to 205, and even more cut by end of summer.

Man these bowl noodles are addicting

First few weren't too good, felt slightly ill afterwards, but it was manageable. Then I started to like them a lot. Now when I finish one I think damn that was good and can't wait til the next lol. I think I trained my tastebuds to crave extreme amounts of salt

Don't try to do too much at once that's why everyone fucks up. People go from eating huge meals of whatever to doing extreme workouts and only eating tiny clean meals and fail everytime. I'm not one that should give diet advice but you know what I mean

Not really extreme I spar 3 times a week already... and eat reasonable, probably cheat 2 times a week on my food plan.

The main thing I'll be adding is 4 workout sessions.

Its really not necessary for you, I'm dealing with body fluids - and needles.
I used to work with bats, both taking care of them and doing surgeries and then recording from their brains, and I got bit once and just went to the campus health center and they FREAKED THE FUCK OUT. They called the police to have them drive me to the hospital to insure that I actually went. There was a super long wait, at the ER, but one of the docs saw that I had a bat bite and got all excited and pulled me in immediately. I had a million different vaccinations already, and it was a captive colony, but because I didnt capture the individual bat that bit me, they gave me 5011 different shots and I had to go back a few times for additional shots.

That's good though.... if you catch rabies you're as good as dead the mortality rate is like 95+% lol
