I think you might be right. Cuz the lyrics I've heard so far go hella hard...but they are placed over Matic Lee sounding beats (no offense Matic goes hella hard)...but the beats are upbeat and club sounding. It's like trying 2 do a love song over an Ice Cube instrumental. Doesn't work for me...the only time I've remotely enjoyed a dark song over a "non-dark" beat is "Same Song & Dance" by Em...Good idea...but these beats on KOD should stay on Killer...not on this new shit.

Even Same Song & Dance had those haunting vocals in the background which gave it a dark feel.

my K.O.D. guess is king of deception, cause seriously it seems like killer was more filler, than sickology was said to be the study of being sick ( on the mic ) and it wasnt alot of filler appearances there, and now we have this supposed KOD album which is techs darkside, yet the beats are so uptempo and dont give me any ideas that its a darker album. his lyrics may be gritty but hasnt he always been gritty. i want to hear beats that match the anger and the darkness that its supposed to bring.... also i hope lynch doesnt continue being repetitive. i wish he would drop calling himself spydamann cause he always rhymes that shit with vicodin its annoying

I'm not saying I don't like this song but...shouldn't Leave Me Alone been released instead? I've only heard a tiny bit of it and thats from the end of the Strange Music Box video but it sounds real promising. And that's the song that's actually the single.

i got chills when i heard the beat to show me a god because i had the idea to do the song b4 matic sent the beat i needed a stripped down bangin ass beat beat that i could scream over and when trav played it for me i knew that would be the perfect song to start the anger section with.

yes blackened the sun is in anger and its one of my favs in the trunk is the only 1 we have let loose from madness but leave me alone is the only song in the hole that has that single feel and video feel so i hope you enjoy it like i do
