I agree, it's become a figure of speech to many people though.

Even if a muthaphucka is short timin' in county jail they Homies still be yellin' FREE so and so when the muthaphucka is gonna be out in three weeks! LOL!!!!

What ever happened to: Don't do the crime if you can't do the time?
